Welcome
In the not too distant past, Peace Corps volunteers would disappear over dusty dunes or into dense forests only to be heard from again after two years of blood, sweat and sickness or so the Peace Corps mythos tells us. In reality, volunteers are often looking to connect their communities to the larger global community, to share their experiences throughout their service and to use every available resource to meet the needs of local community members. This website is our way of connecting. Connecting volunteers to resources, connecting family and friends back home and connecting Burkinabe communities with the world.
